Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the My LTD Accounts software application and website (the "Service") operated by No Fear Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16758357) with its registered office at 6 Mallard Way, Dereham, Norfolk NR19 1FJ.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Service Description

My LTD Accounts provides cloud-based accounting software designed for UK limited companies, including invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, VAT return preparation, and financial reporting.

The Service is a tool to assist with bookkeeping and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and compliance with HMRC and Companies House requirements.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems; upload malicious code; resell or redistribute the Service without permission; or use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Fear Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Support is provided via email during UK business hours.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
