My LTD Accounts was born out of frustration. As a UK limited company director, I was paying £30-50/month for accounting software that was either too complex (designed for accountants, not business owners) or too basic (couldn't handle VAT returns or bank reconciliation properly).
I wanted something that spoke plain English, handled all the UK-specific requirements (MTD, Companies House, HMRC), and didn't require an accounting degree to use. So I built it.
