Accessibility statement
Published: 23 August 2026
Our commitment
No Fear Tech Ltd wants My LTD Accounts to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, voice control, magnification, increased text spacing, or reduced-motion settings. Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA.
Current status
This early-access service has automated accessibility linting and uses semantic page headings, labelled controls, visible focus states, keyboard-operable navigation, and descriptive page titles. It has not yet completed the independent WCAG 2.2 AA audit required before production MTD filing. We therefore do not claim full conformance.
Known limitations
- Some dense accounting tables and chart interactions still need testing with multiple screen readers and at 400% zoom.
- Some multi-step forms need a consistent page-level error summary in addition to field-level messages.
- Generated invoice PDFs have not yet been verified as tagged, accessible PDF documents.
- Third-party HMRC, banking, authentication, and payment pages are controlled by their respective providers.
Requesting help or an alternative format
If you cannot use part of the service, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility problem, email hello@myltdaccounts.co.uk or use our contact form. Tell us which page or task caused the problem, what technology you were using, and the format or adjustment that would help. We will acknowledge the request during UK business hours and provide a realistic resolution or alternative-format timescale.
Assessment and review
The current statement is based on developer review and automated linting. Before live MTD release we will commission keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow, contrast, error, OAuth, and VAT-declaration testing against WCAG 2.2 AA, publish the findings, and give unresolved issues owners and remediation dates. This statement will be reviewed after that audit and after material interface changes.
